Send email campaigns from your own Gmail, Outlook or business address

Sending from your own address means replies land in your inbox and recipients see a real person. Here's how to set that up in Montegra Reach for the most common providers.
Gmail and Google Workspace
- Turn on 2-Step Verification for your Google account.
- Create an app password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords (name it 'Reach').
- In Reach, go to Settings → Email, enter your address and paste the 16-letter app password.
Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho, Fastmail and others
Most providers support app passwords. Enter your address in Settings → Email and Reach detects the right servers, including for custom domains hosted by GoDaddy, Namecheap and others. If your provider isn't recognised, you can enter its server settings yourself.
Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365
Microsoft no longer accepts app passwords for most accounts. You have two options in Reach:
- If your address is on your own business domain (you@yourcompany.com), add the domain under 'Verified sending domain' and send as that exact address. Replies come back into your Reach inbox, with a copy to your email.
- Otherwise, use 'Send with Reach': a hosted address with your name on it. Replies come into your Reach inbox and a copy is emailed to you.
Keep your mailbox healthy
Start with a modest daily limit, keep emails short and personal, and stop emailing anyone who asks. See the deliverability guide for more.
Put it into practice
Montegra Reach sends short sequences from your own mailbox, stops when people reply or unsubscribe, adds your business details to every campaign email, and keeps a consent record on every contact. $0 for 30 days.
