Terms of Service
Last updated October 12, 2026 · Montegra Studios, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
These terms govern your use of Montegra Reach, a service provided by Montegra Studios. By creating an account or using Reach on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms and confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
01The service
Reach provides CRM, email outreach, inbox, pipeline, landing page and reporting tools. Some features depend on third-party services you connect, such as your mailbox provider; their availability and terms are outside our control.
02Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done in your workspace by you and the people you invite. Workspace owners and admins control membership and roles.
03Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in Canadian dollars through Stripe, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current paid period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. Workspaces with an unpaid subscription become read-only and sending stops. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Each plan includes usage limits, including a monthly email allowance. Email sending is never unlimited.
04Free trial
Each person may start one 30-day free trial, which begins when they create their first workspace. No payment method is required. The trial includes Growth plan features with reduced usage limits shown on the pricing page.
If you subscribe during the trial, your first charge happens when the trial would have ended. If you don't subscribe, the workspace becomes read-only and sending stops when the trial ends; your data is kept so you can subscribe later, subject to our deletion and retention practices. We may end or refuse a trial that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the service, including creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials.
05Your responsibilities when sending email
You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for complying with all applicable laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the US CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR and any other laws that apply to you and your recipients. In particular, you must have a lawful basis — such as express or implied consent where required — for every person you contact, identify yourself accurately, and honour opt-outs.
Reach includes tools that support compliance, such as consent records, required footers, unsubscribe links and suppression lists, but using them does not by itself make your outreach lawful. You must also follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
06Your data
You own your workspace data. You grant Montegra a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to provide Reach. You are responsible for having the right to upload and use the personal information you store in Reach.
07Suspension and termination
We may suspend sending or access, with notice where practical, if we reasonably believe your use breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, risks harm to recipients or to our infrastructure's reputation, or is required by law. You may stop using Reach at any time.
08Warranties and liability
Reach is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montegra disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You will indemnify Montegra against claims arising from messages you send or data you upload in breach of these terms or applicable law.
09General
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Contact: legal@montegrastudios.com.
